So, tell us a little about yourself and your creations:

I live in a little town in front of the sea. It is called Sant Pol de Mar, Catalunya. It is near Barcelona.

I’m 40 years old and I have a beautiful son.

All my creations came from the soul, from a feeling of freedom that I get from the sea. I love bright colors and of course, I paint with it. For me, the sea is happiness and freedom and I try to paint all these feelings in my drawings.

What inspires the art that you create?

As I’ve said my great inspirations are the sea, the water and the feeling of freedom that you have in the ocean. The movement of the waves and the power of nature.

I love to see life as a wave. All waves are different and you have to adapt yourself to it. Sometimes you fall down and sometimes you take the wave and you have an incredible feeling surfing it.

Another important thing is woman power. In the majority of my paintings, I paint sensual and strong women.

What is your favorite part of the process when creating something?

I love when I have to choose the colors. I feel panic because if I did it wrong the picture can be horrible but that feeling of panic is something that I love.

On the other hand sometimes when I’m drawing the pencil talks for itself and changes the first idea, the idea that I had, and then something magical happens. When it happens is when I paint strange surf images like people surfing in a bathtub or Frida Kahlo surfing and painting her own wave.

What is the biggest challenge you face as an artist/entrepreneur?

I don't have big challenges. I started painting for myself, as a therapy. And I do it because it makes me feel happy and peaceful with my soul. I need to paint if I don’t do it I feel sorrow. So my challenge is to keep doing it and show my work to the world. That makes me happy.

How long have you been surfing and what does surfing mean to you?

I started surfing 5 years ago. I’m not a good surfer, in fact, I’m a bad one. But I love doing it when I have time and there are waves, I live in a flat land. I love old school rules, longboard, singlefin… It’s so elegant!

Surfing makes me feel free and powerful and it gives me a lot of energy and power to create. I need to do it because I need to feel the nature contact.

Surf change my life 5 years ago and it was incredible! I used to be a super negative person and the sea and its waves make me understand that everything can change and that we are in constant movement. Sometimes waves are so big and you have to take care but the next day is all flat and calm, as in life. That simple thing changed my way of seeing life and how to live in the world. Now I surf in the ocean as in life, always doing my best with each situation and knowing that the next day everything would be better or at least different

What’s your favorite funny or inspirational quote?

Be brave, be yourself. Impossible is nothing.

Are my personal mantras and I say it to myself every single day.

I’m inspired by the water, the sun, the moon, and the stars. My countless wipeouts, my dreams of noseriding, and the feeling I get when sliding across the face of a wave.
