Exchanges & Returns
We want you to love your purchase but if you are not satisfied with your apparel item, we offer easy returns or exchanges
How do I return my order?
All items must be in like new condition, unwashed, unaltered in the same condition in which you received & must be requested within 30 days of order. We will refund the full price paid for the items minus the shipping charge.
Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items, artist boxes, mystery boxes, vintage jackets, art prints, stickers or accessories (unless received damaged or lost).
How do I exchange for a different size?
We will send you a return shipping label to send back your items (must be in like new condition, unwashed, unaltered in the same condition in which you received) and if we have the size you prefer in stock once we receive the returned item, we will ship it out to you within 2 business days.
If you would like a store credit instead, let us know and we can issue you a Her Waves digital gift card.
To get your return or exchange started email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
- Name and email address it was ordered under
- Your order number (it is in your order confirmation email)
- The size you want to exchange for (if you are looking for an exchange)
We will then email you a return shipping label that you can tape on the package to mail back to us.
Refund timing: Once your package has been received, we will fully refund you for the item(s) you returned (minus shipping) to the original payment method within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your return has processed, (please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to show up in your account.)
Lost or damaged: If your product is damaged or lost in transit (never shows as delivered through tracking) we will happily replace it or refund your money if you contact us within three weeks of a product being received or from the estimated delivery date. Email email@example.com to request a refund and please provide your order number (it is in your order confirmation email).
However, we are not responsible for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered (shown as delivered on tracking). This applies to both domestic and international orders.
If you suspect your package was stolen please contact the shipping service used (USPS or UPS) and your local police department.
International returns/exchanges: Unfortunately, because of the high cost of shipping international we do not offer free returns (and no exchanges) on international orders but you can send it back to us and get a refund on the apparel item (minus the shipping). Most orders are shipped within 3-7 business days for US and 10-30 business days for international shipping.

Shipping prices International
- Shipping cost vary by size and location but typically are $15-$20 for 1 item
International orders may be subject to customs and duty charges, which vary greatly depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchesor and payable upon arrival and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping charges. If duties are not paid or the package is refused and sent back to us, we will issue a refund for the purchased items minus the shipping charges
