*Covid-19 update: We are still shipping from our home office in California. All items are pre-packaged and handled by one person. Currently there are no delays or issues with shipping within the United States.
Update on 5/10/2020: WE ARE EXPERIENCING MAJOR DELAYS WITH SOME COUNTRIES. Your package may get held and not delivered for 30-40 days at this time. Please check with your local post office to see if they are delivering packages from the US at this time before you purchase.

We are currently unable to ship to the following destinations

We would advise to check with your country's local post office if they are accepting packages from the US and how to retrieve a package

Exchanges & Returns
If you aren't happy with your apparel item, we offer free returns for all US orders (note: returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is unworn & unwashed & must be requested within two weeks of delivery)
To get your return or exchange started email info@herwaves.com with the following:
- Name and email address it was ordered under
- Your order number (it is in your order confirmation email)
- The size you want to exchange for (if you are looking for an exchange)
We will then email you a return shipping label that you can tape on the package to mail back to us.
Refund/exchange timing: Once your package has been received, we will refund the original payment method within 7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your return has processed, (please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to show up in your account.)
Lost or damaged: If your product is damaged or lost in transit we will happily replace it or refund your money if you contact us within two weeks of a product being received or from the estimated delivery date. Email info@herwaves.com to request a refund and please provide your order number (it is in your order confirmation email).
International returns: Unfortunately at this time we do not offer free shipping for international orders. We will provide a return/exchange but customers are responsible for covering the shipping on returns/exchanges.
